I have been absolutely blessed to spend 15 years surrounded by strong leaders, innovative minds, and creative visionaries. All culminating in a holistic understanding of the media landscape and a rather unique perspective on the balance of art and commerce.

However, what’s been true through my career is something I initially hated.
No matter the role, I have consistently been tasked to work on complicated projects with demanding situations: misguided brand leads, impossible timelines, uncooperative internal resources. Some bordering unprofessional, most were extremely stressful.
This magnetism to a strong challenge threw me for a loop early in my career, but I discovered in time, dealing with these situations and maximizing them are two very different things. I found I have a knack for smoothing, repairing, and eventually growing fractured relationships.
While I have since moved past a constant state of difficulty, it has informed how I lead: effective leadership is the result of trust.
My colleagues may point to my warm approach, my willingness to listen, and my desire to always be learning. I am proud of those attributes, but they ladder to a much larger passion: my love of people.
I am obsessed with stories, motivations, and personalities—even the difficult ones. I take great pride in creating a culture of support. This approach combined with the goal-focused strategy I learned from my premium media experience, enables me to inspire and motivate so we grow together.
Haley, my wife, and I have two girls, Gramercy and Delancey. We love life and we love people.
